Integration guides
Most of what teams need from TriostackOne today is already connected natively across the Business Suite — see the Platform overview guide. This page covers the integrations available for connecting TriostackOne to tools outside the suite, like email, calendar, and CSV-based data import.
1. Email and calendar sync (CRM)
Under CRM → Settings → Integrations, connect your team's email and calendar provider so calls, meetings, and emails log automatically against the right deal or contact, instead of relying on reps to enter activity manually.
2. CSV import and export
Every app in the suite supports CSV import (Settings → Import within that app) for bringing in existing records — contacts into CRM, employees into HRMS — and CSV export for teams that need to move data into a tool outside TriostackOne for a specific report or migration.
3. Webhooks for outbound events
Selected events — a CRM deal closing, a Payroll run completing — can trigger an outbound webhook (Settings → Integrations → Webhooks) so an external system can react without polling. This is the closest thing to a public integration surface today, ahead of a full API.
4. What's not available yet
Programmatic, authenticated API access for building custom integrations is on the roadmap but not live — see the API reference card for status. Until then, webhooks and CSV import/export cover most real-world integration needs.
