Find answers to common questions about your TriostackOne account and the Business Suite.

Getting started

Set up your account and invite your team.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Every new workspace starts on the Free plan, which is enough to explore CRM, HRMS, and the rest of the Business Suite with a small team. You only add billing details when you're ready to move to a paid plan.

How do I invite my team?

Go to Settings → Team and invite people by email. Because identity is shared across the whole suite, one invite gives that person access to every app you turn on for them — there's no separate signup per product.

Does enabling an app import any data automatically?

No. Each app starts empty so you can import or enter records deliberately. Most teams bring in existing data via CSV from Settings → Import inside the app itself.

Which app should I start with?

Most teams begin with a single product — usually CRM, HRMS, or Payroll — and add more once the first one is running smoothly. You don't need to plan out your entire suite before starting.

Business Suite apps

Guides for CRM, HRMS, Payroll, LMS, Projects, and Finance.

Do the apps share data with each other?

Yes. HRMS employee records feed Payroll; closed CRM deals can spin up linked Projects; Payroll runs post automatically as expenses in Finance. This is what removes most of the manual re-entry between teams.

Do I have to use every app?

No. You can run just one or two products and add more as your needs grow, without re-implementing identity, permissions, or reporting each time.

Where are the detailed setup guides?

Each app has a full setup guide under Documentation — covering pipeline configuration for CRM, onboarding workflows for HRMS, pay cycles for Payroll, and so on.

Can different teams configure an app differently?

Yes. Things like CRM pipeline stages or HRMS attendance policies can be configured per team or location within the same workspace.

Administration

Manage users, roles, and permissions.

How do roles and permissions work?

A role (Admin, Manager, Member) sets a starting baseline. Actual permissions are scoped per app — someone can be a Manager in HRMS able to approve leave, while only having Member-level access in Finance.

How do I remove someone's access?

Removing a person from Settings → Team revokes their access to every app at once. Their historical records stay intact and are reassigned or marked as owned by a former employee, depending on the app.

Can I see who changed a permission?

Yes. Settings → Team → Access log shows every permission change, sign-in, and app enablement across the workspace, with who made the change and when.

How do approval chains work?

Workflows like leave requests, expense reports, and deal discounts each have their own approval chain, configured under that app's Settings → Approvals — either manager-based (following the org chart) or a fixed approver per team.

Billing

Manage your plan and billing details.

How is TriostackOne priced?

Plans are billed per active user across the whole suite, not per app. Adding a second product for your existing team doesn't multiply your seat cost.

Where do I change my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing to switch plans, update payment details, or view invoices. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens when I remove a user?

Your seat count drops on the next billing cycle. Removed users no longer count toward your active-user total.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is available on paid plans and is discounted relative to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from Settings → Billing.
