Getting started

This guide walks through the first hour on TriostackOne: creating your workspace, inviting your team, and turning on the first app you'll actually use day to day.

You don't need to plan out your entire Business Suite before starting. Most teams begin with a single product — usually CRM, HRMS, or Payroll — and add more once the first one is running smoothly.

1. Create your workspace

When you sign up, TriostackOne creates a workspace scoped to your company — this is the single identity and permission boundary every app in the suite shares. You'll set your company name, primary region (for tax and compliance defaults in Payroll and Finance), and a workspace URL.

You don't need a credit card to start: every new workspace begins on the Free plan, which is enough to explore CRM, HRMS, and the rest of the suite with a small team.

2. Invite your team

From Settings → Team, invite people by email. Each invite can be scoped to a starting role (Admin, Manager, or Member) — roles can be refined later once you've decided how granular your permission model needs to be.

Because identity is shared across the whole suite, someone invited once gets access to every app you turn on for them — there's no separate login or user record to create in CRM versus HRMS versus Payroll.

3. Turn on your first app

From the app switcher, enable the product your team needs first. Enabling an app doesn't migrate any data automatically — each app starts empty so you can import or enter records deliberately, rather than inheriting placeholder data you'll have to clean up later.

Most teams import existing data (contacts for CRM, employee records for HRMS) via CSV from Settings → Import within the app itself.

4. Set your billing plan

Once you know which apps and how many seats you need, go to Settings → Billing to choose a plan. Plans are billed per active user across the whole suite, not per app — so adding a second product for your existing team doesn't multiply your seat cost.
