Why Choose a Certified Meta Tech Provider for WhatsApp

Official or workaround

Some tools connect to WhatsApp by automating a browser or a phone. They can work, until the way WhatsApp behaves changes, when they break. Providers built on Meta's own Cloud API use the supported route.

What an official provider gives you

• Security: messages travel over Meta's API, and access is controlled by your business account.
• Updates: new platform features can be adopted as Meta releases them.
• Verification help: guidance through business and number verification, and through applications such as the Green Tick.
• Support: a route to raise issues with Meta through the provider.

Questions to ask any provider

• Are you built on the Cloud API?
• What is your Meta status, and can you confirm it in writing?
• What are your service and support terms?
• Who owns the WhatsApp business account and the number?
• What happens to our data if we leave?

About service levels

Any availability or response commitment belongs in the contract. Ask for it in writing, and treat verbal assurances as marketing.
